If no delivery date is specified for a particular country or shipping method, the delivery time will be 15 days from the date of the shipping confirmation.

The regular delivery time of your order could be affected during special periods such as Christmas, sales or one-time offers, due to the high volume of shipments.

Our stock is distributed in several warehouses, so if your order consists of several items, you may receive more than one package.

Shipping to States or Territories of EU Member States and the European Economic Area (EEA) is free of customs charges.

Orders to the Canary Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Norway are subject to certain customs duties and taxes, which must be paid by the customer, whom will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes in these territories (e.g. IGIC in the Canary Islands), as well as customs duties and taxes when requested by the relevant tax authorities.

For orders to Mexico, the United Stated and the United Kingdom, customs duties and taxes, as well as taxes applicable at the destination, will be covered by SVD.

For orders to other countries outside the EU, customs duties and taxes, as well as taxes applicable at the destination, must be paid by the customer.

International sales are not subject to VAT refunds.

No orders can be shipped to post office boxes or military bases.

There are some countries we are currently unable to ship to due to customs issues that make it impossible for us to offer the best service. We are working to add more countries.
